Logan....

....is going to be a big brother in January! We're very excited, Logan is excited although I don't know if he really knows what all being a big brother entails lol. Jeff's youngest brother and his wife had their baby yesterday, we're going out to see them later this week, we'll post pictures then, Logan is very excited and every time he sees pictures of little Kolby he yells "baby!", so maybe he kind of gets it.
Jeff got a motorcycle yesterday.

Just a quick update

This is just a quick update to let everyone know that we are all ok. We didn't have any damage from the tornado Sunday, at least not at home. The hospital it hit in Joplin is the one I work at so not entirely certain what all will be happening there. Just trying to help out as much as possible.

Blizzards of fun!

My what difference a month makes! We had a blizzard in the beginning of February, the snow was so deep Gwen wasn't able to make it into the yard. After a few days we dug the car out and got around. Logan pretty much thought we were loons for letting him touch that cold white stuff lol!

Most of the snow had melted off by the following week. Then not even a month later our temps were in the 70's so we went and played at the park, well two parks actually on Thursday, there were a lot of kids out. Logan wasn't too sure of what to think about that. But we had fun.

"Ah! I see them!"

Merry Christmas 2010 & Happy New Year 2011!

 

 

  Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year! We've been battling the creeping crud and croup the last few days so it's taken me awhile to finally post some updates. We had a very busy Christmas weekend. 

  We started off with Christmas at our house for my side. I think it turned out very well seeing as how I worked the night before. Jeff gets the credit for the last minute cleaning.

  After the family Christmas we had our own Christmas later that evening before bedtime.  Logan got an animated rocking horse that he is quite enthralled with, but he only wants to pat it not ride it lol.

  Then we had Christmas with Jeff's parents on Christmas Day. First we went to his Mom & Jan's. We saw lots of people, including Cousin Deylan.

 Then after Jeff's Mom's we went to his Dad & Paula's to finish out the night. We got a group shot of all the grandchildren. Granted if one was posing someone else was making faces or moving or....well just being a child lol. So this is one of the better shots.

Halloween, Thanksgiving & preparing for Christmas

Yes I've been a slacker here lately. But I'm fixing that tonight lol. Logan has been a busy busy boy since our last post, we had Halloween, Thanksgiving, and also started to prepare for Christmas.

We'll go in chronological order so I'm not back tracking like crazy in this post.

We went trick or treating at 4 family members houses. We saw Uncle Billy & Auntie Sarah; Grandpa Steve, Uncle Glen & Uncle Sam; Great-Grandma & Great-Grandpa Moffet, and Grandma Paula; and Grandma Cathy & Grandpa Jan. He was a busy boy, with a lot of candy lol!

Thanksgiving we had at Grandma Paula & Grandpa Don's. Logan had a great time. Lots of food, he ate so much he couldn't walk straight when he was done, staggered around for awhile! But he eventually got his sea legs lol.
